An increasing number of women with a morbid obesity are requiring anaesthetic care for labour anddelivery. Management these patients presents obstetric, anesthetic, and logistical challenges. Wereport our experience in the management elective Caesarian section morbidly obese (BMI 61.6kg/m2) parturient under epidural anaesthetictechnique. Despite increased risk morbidity andmortality, patient had an optimal outcome. awareness hemodynamic respiratorystability during management, postoperative analgesia careful thromboprophylaxiswillbenefit obesity.
